I am Iván Sánchez, founder of Auremont & Co. Property Partners, based mainly in Ibiza.
I have been living on the island for 20 years, which has allowed me to build a strong local network and direct access to owners. We combine this direct relationship with the collaboration of leading agencies and, when it is time to visit or close, we have face-to-face support in the professional offices of our partners for meetings and contract signings. In addition, we work with trusted real estate agents in Dubai and Miami to offer continuity, judgement and a perfectly coordinated international service.
